Our Courses
Each complete course is 2 hours long, in two sessions with a short break between.
One session concentrates on on CPR and Choking, and because the classes are small, everyone gets appropriate attention, including practice on the mannequins.
The other session covers a range of other First Aid subjects, from Burns, Bleeding, Breaks, through to Poisons, Shock, and Sudden Collapse, and lots more in between.
The course content varies slightly according to the target audience.
All are designed to be understood by non-professionals, and the emphasis is on “First” Aid, including knowing how and when to get help.
Nobody should be afraid to come on a course. Small actions can have extraordinary results. See our feedback page for proof
