Accuracy of content
We have taken great care in the preparation of content for this website. Any errors are unintentional and will be corrected as soon as they are pointed out to us. There is no intention to mislead in any respect. If you buy something from us and it does not match the description, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation to your total satisfaction.
Until such time as we employ a full e-commerce system, we accept online or telephone orders for manual processing.
We will email acceptance of your order as soon as possible, and that will include an Order No.
Payments are made by direct credit to our bank (details supplied when you place an order)
or by cheque posted to P.O. Box 35-590, Browns Bay, AUCKLAND 0753,
made out to Family First Aid Ltd.
Please ensure you include the Order No. we send you, on the direct banking details or on the back of the cheque.
Goods are despatched as soon as payment is confirmed, or cheques cleared, to the delivery address you specify when you fill out the online order form.
We service orders only in New Zealand as delivery costs make it impractical to sell our goods or services internationally.
